An Introduction to Transformational Breath. A 3 hour workshop that will include an explanation and practice of the technique, breath analysis and a full group breathing session of 90 mins. Suitable for those who have never tried the techique and anyone wishing to check out how they are doing since the last time we met. Please bring a couple of pillows and a blanket for your own use and wear layers of clothing to help regulate your temperature more easily.
