Introductory workshop to be held at The Manor House, Dawlish with Les Elms leading the workshop.

Introductory 2 1/2 hour workshop including a full group breathing session. This workshop will include explanation and practice of the technique, a group breathing session of at least 1 hour and a demonstration of breath analysis.
