Transformational Breath Workshop

The workshop is limited to 6 participants. 

The Manor House, Old Town Street, Dawlish  Cost: £25

Introductory workshop including a full group breathing session. This workshop will include explanation and practice of the technique, a group breathing session of at least 1 hour and a demonstration of breath analysis.

Transformational Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy which has been demonstrated to have many benefits almost universally, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. It can also help clear blocked emotional energy and triggers from the body.
