Transformational Breath and self compassion
Self-honesty and self-love are the two wings which gradually free us from the past, allowing us to flower into our vibrant authentic selves. When we can meet whatever we find within, with acceptance and kindness we can release, forgive and move on.
Transformational Breath is a deep cleanse for the body and mind, it changes our internal chemistry by flooding us with oxygen and energy. It often brings us in to awareness of parts of our selves we don’t usually encounter, both in the unconscious and the superconscious. To breathe in this way IS a profound act of self-love.
The day will include conscious, mindful practices to offer deep care for all aspects of the amazing beings we are.

The day will include an introduction to Transformational Breath and Energy Healing, a group breathing session, relaxation techniques and various types of energy work. The day could help you to release emotional blocks, give more energy and let go of stress.
About the Breathing:
Do you find you hold your breath when you feel stressed or anxious?
Do you want to feel more calm and collected?
And at the same time to feel energised and optimise your health?
If you do, then improving the way you breathe could help you feel calm and peaceful more of the time, it can also help energise you and feel more in your body. It’s a great way to optimise your health.
Transformational Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy which has been demonstrated to have many benefits almost universally, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. It can also help clear blocked emotional energy and triggers from the body.
Les Elms will be leading the breath element of the workshop. Les is a certified facilitator and workshop leader of Transformational Breath and has over 10 years experience of the technique.

Relaxation –Techniques that are likely to make you feel relaxed, refreshed, calm with a sense of peace. Several techniques will be experienced to help activate quick energy together with Grounding, Regulating Blood Pressure, De-Stressing the Body, Calming the Nervous System, Calming the Parasympathetic NS.
Sue Mutlow will facilitate a wonderful relaxation giving you life long techniques. These can be used as and when you require to live a vibrant life – you will be amazed. Sue is a certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Reflexologist and Reiki Healer delivering natural therapies and enhancing people’s lives naturally and organically.
