Transformational Breath is an easy to learn, self empowing tool that bring awareness to your current breath pattern and allows you to make simple changes that open up your respiratory system to it’s full potential. Restricted breathing patterns are unhealthy and unhelpful in our daily lives and during this 3 hour workshop you will learn more about the benefits and sheer joy of this technique.
