Discover the power of your own breath!

Useful for those suffering from stress, feeling tense and who are aware that their breath feels restricted at certain times in their life.

Transformational Breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy which has been demonstrated to have many benefits almost universally, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. It can also help clear blocked emotional energy and triggers from the body.

Workshop restricted to a maximum of 6 participants.

There is some parking at the venue.

DUE TO DEMAND THERE IS NOW A SECOND WORKSHOP RUNNING FROM 2 TO 4.30PM ON SATURDAY 18 JANUARY.

All other details are the same.
