This weekend offers you a chance to stop .. take stock, review and rest.

This could be for you if you find yourself feeling anxious. fearful, lost, in need of some personal development or would appreciate a nurturing weekend in the lovely Devon countryside.

Our aim is to provide you with the space to connect with your breathing, your beliefs and your being.

The setting for the weekend is a beautiful place called Eastdown which is a magical accommodation and training venue on the edge of Dartmoor with a very special energy which the owners love to share with others who can benefit from its qualities.

You will get plenty of time to enjoy the fantastic surroundings and atmosphere of this magical setting.


What’s included –

2 nights accommodation on Friday and Saturday. (based on 2 people sharing a twin room).

Includes all meals (Healthy and delicious – mainly veggie).

Group training sessions.

Cost £250 per person. inclusive

Times: Arrive 5pm Friday. Depart 4.00pm Sunday. (Places limited to 12).



The group training sessions will be offered by Les, Alan and Lois

on both days and will include:-

Group Transformational Breath Workshops

Belief – waking up from the hypnosis of social conditioning Workshops

Mindfulness/Meditation with crystals and Reiki Workshops

Breathe – Les Elms ~ Transformational Breath Facilitator ~ Les is a Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator and workshop leader offering one-to-one breath sessions, workshops and introductory talks.Introduced to T Breath in 2005 and qualified in 2007. Transformational Breath® is a gentle, simple technique that helps people to open up the full potential of their breathing system for better physical and emotional well-being. It teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way

Believe – Alan Fry ~ Transformational Coach ~ Alan is a NLP Practitioner, Registered Hypnotist and Kinetic Shift Practitioner. It is said that we think in excess of 70,000 thoughts a day, over 95% of which are the same as the day before. Alan seeks to explore the origin of these thoughts, the relationship to our beliefs and how they can create emotional states, behaviours and ultimately our identity. With new insights into how our amazing subconscious mind operates, we can adopt new approaches to help maintain our emotional stability and regain our feeling of control and therefore promote wellbeing.

Be – Lois Fry ~ Mindfulness Teacher ~ Mindfulness and being in the moment can help us to gain acceptance of a given moment/situation without resistance. When we have an awareness that it is o.k. to feel/think whatever we are experiencing rather than fighting it all the time, it can help us respond to events in a more thoughtful and measured way. When we can take a little bit of time out and allow ourselves to find that sense of peace within, it can often help to bring more peace and wellbeing into our lives.
